The location was fantastic, just steps from the surf beach and shops. A few small issues, like the outdated bathroom, but overall, I highly recommend this place!

Fab food, fantastic service and awesome view of the ocean. Great location on the mall, easy to get anywhere. Based right by the G-link tram, all the eateries, shops and beach, and dining options.

Our superior apartment was fully renovated with a GREAT view of ocean great. The folks were very amiable. Fantastic location to attractions like Memorial Park, that was within short walking distance to the hotel.

I must say, my experience was overwhelmingly positive. the location is simply perfect, right across from the beautiful beach and in close proximity to countless cafes and restaurants in the mall. My apartment was spacious, bright, and airy, providing a calming atmosphere that allowed me to unwind after a long day of meetings. I particularly loved the stunning view over the mall and the beach; it was refreshing to wake up to such a picturesque sight each morning. the convenience of being walking distance from the Convention Centre made this hotel an ideal choice for my business needs as well.

My stay was good for our Broadbeach holidays. They gave me good sized and nicely furnished room with bedrooms and easy access to Clubs and fantastic views over the park. A fridge, an oven and kitchenware were provided.

I had a great stay and really enjoyed my holiday. the place was nicely furnished and had everything I needed, including a private bathroom. the location right by the coast was perfect for all my activities. 🌊.

We loved staying at south pacific being so close to restaurants beach shopping and returning to a beautiful place to stay at night thank you south pacfic plaza we will be back very soon absolutely loved it

Everything was perfect

The locality to shops and restaurants and only a short stroll to Pacific Fair shopping centre and access to buses.

Disappointment at not being able to book an ocean view when these are advertised as available. We have stayed twice now and love the location but both times have asked for an ocean view and both times been very disappointed. Maybe even being honest about the unavailability would at least make guests feel better rather than arriving and just being given a key and finding out when you reach the room. Unfortunately this is the one and only reason that we will not risk another booking at South Pacific Plaza.

My stay here was fantastic for the holidays! the room was luxurious and spacious, featuring a comfortable double bed. 🛏️.

We had a lovely room right across from the beach and ocean. There was a good sized north east balcony which is protected from the southerly breezes. It was very nicely furnished and very clean and tidy. The position was great as you could pop into the shops easily and walk to all of the local restaurants. It is also within walking distance of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The staff were pleasant and very obliging when we asked for a late checkout.

We had a great time staying here with lovely and welcoming staff, an amazing central location, and a fantastic beach restaurant serving delicious food.
